  • 1.  How long does delivery take? 

    All published items are in our warehouse in Kaunas. After your payment is received the goods are shipped the same or next business day. In Lithuania the parcel service delivers the items next working day after its dispatch. To European Union countries and Great Britain, within 2-7 working days.

    Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden .

    Non-European Union countries:
    Great Britain, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Iceland, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Ukraine.

     

     2. How are the goods delivered? 

    The goods are delivered by the parcel service to your address. 

     

    3. Can I collect the goods in your store? 

    Yes, after you have added the items into your shopping cart choose the delivery method at checkout- "To collect in store". You can collect the goods at UAB TESUMA, Savanorių pr. 192, Kaunas, LT44151, (entrance from Žemgulio st. into the territory of UAB Kaunas Staklės).     4. How much does delivery cost?


    The cost of delivery depends on the quantity/weight/volume of the goods. After you have added the items into your shopping cart and started the purchase, the system will calculate the delivery cost based on the quantity/weight/volume of the items. 

     

    5. Can I purchase goods directly on arrival at the store without ordering them in the e-shop?


    Since part of the items are weighed/calculated/packaged, we would ask you to order goods in advance (by phone or e-mail). Specify the quantity of items needed and refer your company's requisites. We will contact you once the goods and invoice are ready.
