Automatic strapping tensioner BXT4

Manual mode - the belt is tensioned until the operator presses the tension button. The strap is tensioned, sealed and cut with the press of another button.
In the semi-automatic mode, the strap is tensioned until the operator presses the tensioning button. The tensioning can be interrupted and restarted at any moment in order to correct the position of the belts, place corner guards under the belt or, in the case of massive objects, give the belt maximum tension with cyclic starts. When the strap reaches the predetermined tension, the strap is sealed and cut off automatically.
The automatic mode operator places the packing tapes and starts the tool. The tape is tightened to a predetermined tension, after which the tape is tied and cut off automatically. Immediately after starting the tool, the operator can leave the tool to complete the taping cycle and at the same time prepare the tapes for the next binding. The automatic mode allows to increase the productivity by 2-3 times

Signode BXT4 is equipped with a SOFT function, which, when activated, switches the tool to work with PP tapes. Since PP strap has different properties than PET strap, the SOFT function switches the tape's starting speed and final tension by about half. You can use all the modes of use described above to work with PP strap.

BXT 4 - 13 is suitable for PET and PP straps 9-13 mm applying a tensile strength of 400-1200N. The tool is suitable for tying lighter bases, products and packages.

BXT 4-16 is suitable for PET and PP straps 13-16 mm applying tensile strength 400-2500N. The tool is suitable for tying lighter bases, products and packages.

BXT 4-19 is for PET and PP straps 16-19 mm and tensile strength 400-4000N. The tool is especially suitable for tying large and heavy bases, packages and products.
